Returns & Exchanges

At Loyal Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew, so we offer returns on all non-perishable equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to its perishable nature, roasted coffee cannot be returned, but we will replace any order that arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need a return or replacement.

    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for equipment returns.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely package the unused equipment or incorrect coffee items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
