This delightful decaf coffee comes to us from Descafecol, a decaffeination plant in the Cauca region of Colombia. The beans are steamed before having Ethyl Acetate (an organic byproduct of sugar cane) passed through it. This removes at least 97 percent of the caffeine present and allows for a very sweet and balanced cup of decaf. The beans come from the coffee producers of TablĂłn de GĂłmez in the Narino region of Colombia. We love this coffee's sweet and balanced body, with flavor notes of Chocolate, Raspberry, and Almond.
